Kolab Administration

The administration manual lines out various standard operating procedures that may be useful for running Kolab.

It is assumed that Kolab is deployed in one of the reference architectures, and that commands are executed from a host that has kubectl connected to the cluster running kolab, and that kolabctl is available.
